This gallery features horses finished by Jennifer Kistler. Some are resin cast horse sculptures (created by myself or other artists as noted), others are mass-produced plastic models (like Breyer brand) that I have customized. My most recent work is featured first. Later pages feature selected favorites of my past work. Pieces currently available for purchase are listed on the For Sale page. Otherwise, pieces featured in the gallery are examples of my past work and are not for sale.

Diamond Sun Dun/Grulla Kiger Mustang stallion. Mini (large stablemate) scale. 2004 work.
Nevada resin sculpted by Sarah Rose, customized and painted by Jennifer Kistler. The Nevada resin was neat to begin with, but I chose to rework it into a stallion by resculpting the neck, barrel, and hindquarters. I also flicked one ear back and gave him a new thick mane and tail. Painted by hand (brush) in acrylics to a realistic yellowish dun/grulla, based on photos of a real Kiger stallion.
